One thing strikes me very hard today. THERE ARE NO BIRDS IN TORONTO IN NOVEMBER...STOP TALKING ABOUT THEM!!!Oh, that feels good, finally got that one off my chest. I'll definitely have to visit Soul Coaching again in the spring when we actually have nature in our presence to communicate with us.
I don't know if this is laziness or inspiration. After reading Jamie's post where she admitted to not being still herself but knew that her Creative Spirit was still. It inspired this thought in me.
What is that core thing within me that is still or begging for stillness? Is it my faith in God that is still and solid that centre of my being that is still and peaceful? Is it my insecurities that are begging for stillness? I believe both are true. It's a nice thing to think about. I want to explore the things within me that are begging for stillness. Another activity for another day.
It's interesting to me how in this very anticipated water week I feel not disengaged but deferred somehow. I am a woman of action, deferring these explorations is curious to me. I'm going to be still with that thought too.
in the centre of my being, there is always stillness and peace

Oh my god, you made me snort tea out my nose! That's very funny about the birds - glad you got it off your chest.
I love your questions! I like the idea of having a day for spirit & creativity!! I am a massage therapist, & right now I seem to have more AM time free - maybe a morning??
Fascinating. It's true, some people don't want stillness but I do find that when I am still, I connect with the divine more. I'm sorry to hear there are no birds in Toronto. We only have crows here, they are very noisy but I love hearing them anyway. It sounds like you are detached from the water, on a vessel going across the water, not underneath. I think that is just fine.
Wonderful post. Today I ran and felt still..isn't that odd? But it seems I can find my center when I do something physical...
